In this interview Javier Vaca de Osma Ulacia  shares with us his personal view of  innovation and, in particular, the meaning of this word  in the construction industry.

Javier Vaca de Osma Ulacia holds a BA in Economic & Business Sciences, and Executive MBA by IESE.

Javier joined Ferrovial in 2012 and he was appointed Technology and Processes Director in 2013 at the Services division of the company where he has been focused on the development and implementation of the IT strategy. On top of this, he has led the Purchasing, Machinery equipment, Quality and Environmental Departments. Javier started his career as a consultant in E&Y and then as a Head of Strategy and Transformation at CapGemini. From the beginning of June, he has joined Ferrovial Agroman as Technology and Processes Director.
